Organic products have many benefits not least being they have anti-oxidative properties. Antioxidants help work to fight disease including cancer. Oxidation facilitates the ageing process in skin cells and antioxidants help defend against this process. It is true that some additives in our makeup and beauty care products are necessary to make them effective such as gentle foaming agents and binders that help limit product separation, but these can be limited. Mineral oils should be avoided and replaced with natural and organic olive or Argan oil.
